博士,副教授,硕士生导师,中国电子学会物联网青年专技组通信委员、中国电子学会会员、中国通信学会会员、IEEE Member。2009年7月于东北大学电子信息工程专业获得工学学士学位,2015年12月于西安电子科技大学通信与信息系统专业获得工学博士学位。2013年11月~2014年2月和2015年1月~7月,以访问学生身份赴新加坡科技设计大学开展联合研究。


主要从事B5G/6G移动通信网络的系统建模和性能分析、人工智能与无线通信的结合等技术的研究,出版英文专著1部,在国内外重要期刊和国际会议上发表学术论文51篇,SCI检索22篇,EI检索29篇,申请国家发明专利20项,已授权13项。作为项目负责人在研陕西省自然科学基础研究计划面上项目1项,西北农林科技大学引进人才专项项目1项,横向课题1项,结题国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、中央高校基本业务费项目2项、横向课题1项。相关研究成果获得2016年“陕西省科学技术奖”一等奖1项(排名:8/11),2016年“陕西高等学校科学技术奖”一等奖1项(排名:8/11),长期担任通信领域重要期刊IEEE TWC, IEEE TCOM, IEEE JSAC, IEEE TVT, IEEE ACCESS, IEEE WCL, IEEE CL等的审稿人、国际会议IEEE GLOBECOM, ICC, WCNC等技术程序委员会委员。
